Thank you for choosing Vedic Maharishi (https://vedicmaharishi.com). We strive to provide highly personalized and accurate digital astrological reports (including Karz Mukti, Bhagya Phal, and Kundali Reports). Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Products Policy Since our services involve the delivery of personalized digital content directly to your WhatsApp or Email, all sales are considered final once the report has been generated and delivered. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for successfully delivered digital products.
2. Cancellation Policy Due to the automated nature of our system, the generation of your personalized report begins immediately after a successful payment. Therefore, order cancellations are not permitted once the payment has been completed.
3. Refund Eligibility We value our customers. Refunds will ONLY be issued under the following strict circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made a double payment for the exact same order.
Technical Failure: If the payment was successfully deducted from your bank account, but the report was not generated or delivered to you within 24 hours due to a technical error on our end.
4. Refund Process If your issue falls under the eligible conditions mentioned above, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction at info@vedicmaharishi.com. Please include your payment receipt and phone number. Once approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

1. डिजिटल उत्पाद नीति (Digital Products Policy) चूँकि हमारी सेवाओं में आपके व्हाट्सएप या ईमेल पर सीधे डिजिटल कंटेंट (PDF रिपोर्ट) की डिलीवरी शामिल है, इसलिए रिपोर्ट जनरेट और डिलीवर होने के बाद बिक्री को अंतिम (Final) माना जाता है। हम सफलतापूर्वक डिलीवर किए गए डिजिटल उत्पादों के लिए रिफंड, रिटर्न या एक्सचेंज की सुविधा प्रदान नहीं करते हैं।
2. कैंसिलेशन नीति (Cancellation Policy) हमारे ऑटोमेटेड सिस्टम के कारण, सफल भुगतान (Payment) होने के तुरंत बाद आपकी व्यक्तिगत रिपोर्ट बनने की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो जाती है। इसलिए, एक बार भुगतान पूरा हो जाने के बाद ऑर्डर कैंसिल करने की अनुमति नहीं है।
3. रिफंड की शर्तें (Refund Eligibility) रिफंड केवल निम्नलिखित विशेष परिस्थितियों में ही जारी किया जाएगा:
दोहरा भुगतान (Duplicate Payment): यदि आपने गलती से एक ही ऑर्डर के लिए दो बार भुगतान कर दिया है।
तकनीकी विफलता (Technical Failure): यदि आपके बैंक खाते से पैसे कट गए हैं, लेकिन हमारी ओर से किसी तकनीकी खराबी के कारण आपको 24 घंटे के भीतर रिपोर्ट प्राप्त नहीं हुई है।
4. रिफंड प्रक्रिया (Refund Process) यदि आपकी समस्या ऊपर बताई गई शर्तों के अंतर्गत आती है, तो कृपया लेन-देन के 48 घंटों के भीतर अपनी पेमेंट रसीद और फोन नंबर के साथ info@vedicmaharishi.com पर हमारी सपोर्ट टीम से संपर्क करें। रिफंड अप्रूव (स्वीकृत) होने के बाद, राशि 5 से 7 कार्य दिवसों (Business Days) के भीतर आपके मूल भुगतान माध्यम (Original Payment Method) में वापस कर दी जाएगी।
